new year new… _{^{release from 2024 that i didn’t hear until 2025}}!! i was (and am) a big fan of both the arcade soundtrack of UNDER DEFEAT by shinji hosoe (and the arrangements on the extended soundtrack), as well as the HD version by yousuke yasui. somehow i figured this would just be another arrangement and i wasn’t that interested since i already heard so many versions of these songs. but to my great shock, CHz wrote about the OST on their blog, and they said it was all new music, and… that it was hard hitting gabber, and… yeah this is so my jam. wow!!! i think the stage 1 theme (“power unleashed”) is my favorite track but it’s all very good! _{^{definitely setting the mood for what i imagine 2025 will be like…}}
